Account and sign-in

For Apple, Google, email verification, password-reset, or account-access problems, tell us which sign-in method you used and the exact error message.

Purchase and restore

Purchases are handled by Apple or Google. First use Restore Purchases in VisaGrid. If access is still missing, include the store, purchase date, and product name. Do not send card details.

Photo quality

For masking, framing, print-layout, or export issues, include your device model and selected document standard. Send a sample only if you are comfortable sharing it.

Privacy and deletion

Photos are processed on device for background removal. Use the links below to read the privacy policy or permanently delete your account and associated cloud profile.
